Shipping your parcel

Which countries do we deliver to?

We have chosen LA POSTE – COLISSIMO as our distributor and we currently ship to mainland France, French overseas departments and territories and most European countries. The list of eligible destinations is available when you choose your delivery address.

Deadlines

Delivery times are given as an indication and depend on our distributor’s operating hazards. As our distributor LA POSTE – COLISSIMO is sworn in, the delivery statuses it gives have legal value and we cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of parcels if they are indicated as ‘delivered’.

Customs duties outside the EU

In certain countries outside the European Union, orders are subject to customs duties. You may be required to pay taxes for delivery of your order.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are variable and depend on the total value of your order and the country of delivery.

What to do in the event of a delivery problem

We are dependent on the hazards of the La Poste, the deadlines are given as an indication, the customer undertakes to understand at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for the theft or loss of parcels if they are marked as ‘Delivered’ by our partner. We work with LA POSTE – COLISSIMO. The Post Office is sworn and the status given has legal value.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

METAOPTICS gives you the option to return your products for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. All returned items must be sent in their original condition and packaging whenever possible.

The return must be made directly to our premises using the Shipping Label we will provide. The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as received, with all supplied components and packaging whenever possible.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly customized. Therefore, for orders of prescription lenses cut to fit the frame or non-prescription lenses cut to fit the frame, no exchange, refund, or withdrawal will be possible unless the delivered lenses are found to be defective.

Return Processing Time

All returns received at our workshop are processed within a maximum of 8 business days.

Complaint / I received my order with a defect

Although we pay special attention to each pair of glasses and each shipment, manufacturing defects may have been overlooked, or the delivery may have damaged the order.

In case of a defect with the received order, please contact Customer Service to report the defect. A prepaid return label will be provided to you. No refund will be issued if the order is returned by another method.

Late / Out-of-Scope Returns

Any return made outside of this scope or deadline will not be accepted by our services. If you attempt to return the item, we will send it back to you and request that you cover the return shipping costs.
