Once your order has been paid for, you will receive an SMS with a link allowing you to access our Web-App to take the optical measurements necessary for the proper production of your lenses.

Our optician receives the photos from the Web-App and reworks them to determine the optical measurements required for fitting the lenses, using our calculation engine.

He then validates the feasibility of your order. In case of problems with your photos, our optician will contact you.

If you have a new prescription, we advise you to change the lenses on your everyday glasses to ensure the quality of your new prescription.

Sending your mount:

If you have chosen to have your glasses assembled by us, you will receive a Colissimo shipping voucher by email.

Please note, it is your responsibility to pack your frame so that it is not damaged during transport. Once received, we check its condition before starting the manufacture of your lenses.

Once the optical parameters have been validated, we start manufacturing your lenses, we cut them in our workshop in Normandy , then we ship them to you as quickly as possible.
