Who are we ?
An observation
After almost 20 years of expertise in sports glasses and prescription sunglasses, in different companies in the optical or sports sector; our two founders arrived at a simple observation:
Although there are prescription programs for sports glasses at some major sports brands, this option is very little known and promoted by opticians to their customers. Result: Athletes fall back on solutions that are poorly adapted to their needs or wear their daily glasses to practice their sport.
Respectively, optician developing products in sports and sunglasses for major sports brands and engineer for a major sunglass company for sports brands, our founders decided to solve the problem by focusing on “prescription sports glasses”. To do this, two approaches were identified:
Contact athletes directly via our online sales site.
Develop our own optical products, compatible with the most used brands and models in sport.
Research
We have listened to athletes, after a major phase of research and development we are now able to give athletes access to products initially developed for competition. Thanks to our innovative and often exclusive products, athletes can find the products they need, whatever their level of sporting practice, their sport and their correction.
(The correction program is compatible with 99% of prescriptions)
These internal developments have allowed us to make cost reductions and therefore make them accessible to as many people as possible. To do this, we worked with the Health Insurance to register as a Manufacturer and therefore make some of our lenses eligible for Social Security reimbursement, which also entitles you to reimbursement from your mutual insurance company. To complement this, we have implemented a 3X payment system.
By relying on a wide range of branded frames and at very attractive prices, we now allow our customers to find single-screen lenses compatible with models from brands such as Oakley, Bollé, Julbo, POC, etc. Products that some of these brands are currently unable to offer.
